It could be you engaged one of these bosses and in the same play session had some of your key buffs toggled off? My apologies for not remembering the specifics offhand, but this build is one of them where you have to look at the overall picture like you have — with acid damage etc.

The build is rather complicated with all factors from devotions, etc. I believe equipping the item will show you the actual differences rather than doing a mouseover. Also consider the gallstone buffs from each as well.

I ran some tests, using the same gallstone components and augments and the Venomnweavers seem to out perform the cleavers heavily in damage. I am using the grim internals dps meter on 2 target dummies. I peak around k dps with the Venomweavers, and I barely top k with the Cleavers.

So maybe do what you want with skill points until , and then respec everything when you can have a good amount of points in Path of the Three. Apparently they proc off poison ticks, so they just keep firing away.

A little unorthodox, but I found the leveling to be less of a slog that way. I also went and got the Gannar vakkar sting as soon as I could, and happened to have the full perdition set already. Interestingly, Grannar seems to disproportionately drop perdition gear too. At lvl 40, I became a monster. Trying to get murmur in there too, even if partially. If I can add in Murmur?
