Sepertinya drivernya tidak kompatibel, Saya sarankan untuk menggunakan bantuan suatu program untuk memperbarui drivernya.

Contohnya menggunakan DriverEasy. Pastinya program tersebut akan mencarikan driver yang cocok atau kompatibel untuk perangkatnya. Sudah aktif itu gan. Karena jika belum aktif, pastinya takkan bisa berfungsi ketika dites online. Jika sekarang pakai Windows 10, coba klik opsi Search dan ketik Camera Privacy Settings , kira-kira disana sudah aktif apa belum ya? Jika sekiranya sudah aktif namun di Device Manager belum muncul, berarti driver camera belum di-instal gan.

Apa agan menekan tombol tersebut sambil membuka Device Manager? Sebab supaya tahu aktif tidaknya, agan harus menuju Device Manager sehingga bisa mengetahui adanya driver Imaging Devices yang aktif. Kalau begitu, silakan tes webcamnya dengan menekan link Online Webcam Test yang ada pada artikel gan. Pada situs web tersebut membutuhkan perijinan ke kamera laptop dan jika peramban menampilkan notif, cukup klik tombol Allow.

Lalu hidupkan pada opsi bernama Let apps use my camera. Namun jika tidak memakai Windows 10, silakan dicek terlebih dahulu pada Device Manager apakah terdapat perangkat pada bagian Imaging Devices.
